Removed the clamps from the heat duct following overnight curing. Fabricated two safety belt anchor points by cutting two 2″ lengths of 3/8″ diameter 2024 aluminum tube. Drilled holes through the fiberglass in the triangular braces for the aluminum tube. Used 5 minute epoxy to put the top pieces of the heat duct together. Clamped the 3 heat duct pieces to a 2 x 4 for trial fit before floxing. This took awhile to get the pieces oriented and aligned correctly. Shop …
