Blue Dart Alpha cleared 1000′ AGL today using a C6-7 engine and the Blue Dart Beta flew to apogee at approximately 1500′ AGL on an E12-8. Parachutes deployed on both rockets. Click here to see video highlights of the launches.
Solo flight out of CYPQ then over to our Crooked Creek rocket launch fields for some airwork at 4000′ ASL and below. No rocket launches today ! Practiced steep turns, slow flight, stalls, side-slip, and a forced approach. Here is a short video with some highlights from the flight.

It was a little windy at Crooked Creek today but still a good day to fly our Blue Dart Alpha. The first flight was with a B4-4 engine and the second flight was with a C6-7. It flew to 772ft in 7.1s, 184fps.
