Dimensions of the centre keel and heat duct parts were checked against the spec and sanding performed as required. One of the triangular seat braces will need to be redone.
The weights, plywood, wax paper were removed from the layup and the Dacron fabric was peeled off of the centre keel and heat duct parts. The parts were retraced with marker and then cut with a bandsaw and electric handsaw to size.
Shop temperature was 25 deg C and humidity was 40%. Electric scissors charged and covered to protect them from the epoxy. Eye protection, respirator, gloves, and lab coat donned for protection from the epoxy and micro slurry. Wet slurry was mixed and applied to the parts.
