Cleared the snow and warmed up the engine then went for a scenic ride around Rice Lake then over the city of Peterborough then back to the airport.

A good day to give the engine a run.

Some winter flying today in the Kawartha Practice area north of CYPQ between Bridgenorth and Bobcaygeon. Here’s a brief video clip returning to the hangar after the flight …

 Walk around complete… Preflight checks complete… Taxi to active… and a local flight to the south over Rice Lake … ]    and down to Lake Ontario then back to CYPQ … where our ground transportation awaits us at the Beyond Blue Aerospace hangar.  

Great day at CYPQ for some flying – winds were light and variable. Lots of planes in the sky today !
