Checking out if a National 490-C parachute will fit well in the front of the Citabria. Unfortunately it positions the front pilot too close to the instrument panel. The annual inspection was completed last week and this morning we were able to take the plane up for a post maintenance flight. Why is there always a crosswind ??? Today’s flight video. Dave doing the post flight paper work while Jason puts his feet up since no snags were found.
Annual inspection day one, plus some minor repairs to the paint on the left wing. Fine sanded the area and covered it with UV protection prior to painting.
