Lots of foam trimming and sanding to finish making all of the floor spacers.

Removed the nails from the spacers that are now permanently installed. Trimmed the aft spacers and the centre spacer. Continued shaping the front seat floor with spacers.

Install Floor Spacers for Console: Workshop was heated to 25 deg C and the humidity was 31%. 96g resin was mixed with 36g hardner and glass bubbles to make a batch of micro. A small portion was poured into a 2nd mixing cup with more glass bubbles to make a small batch of dry micro. …
