Flying some circuits this morning before the winds picked up for the day. Lots of jets at CYPQ this morning.
Departed Peterbrough (CYPQ) and headed to the Rice Lake practice area and climbed to 4500′. Practiced steep turns, aileron rolls, and spiral dives. Click here for a short video of the flight.
The morning started off with IFR weather due to the mist (outside air temperature = dewpoint) then became marginal VFR with a broken ceiling at 1100′. I waited it out til about 10:15am and then was able to get the Citabria into the air. I flew at 2500′ over Bridgenorth and Lakefield then back …
