Workshop temperature was 25 deg C and humidity was 34%. Flox was mixed with 112g of resin and 42g hardner to be fairly thick so it would stay in position and minimize runs down the fuselage sides. Shop temperature was 24 deg C and the humidity was 39%. A small batch of flox was mixed and applied to each of the plywood inserts and the inserts were positioned on the triangular fiberglass seat braces. Wax paper, plywood, and weights were added while the seat braces cure.
Traced the triangular plywood piece, onto the foam side of one of the seat braces and used a chisel to carefully remove the foam from that area. This was repeated with the second seat brace.
Trial fit the fuel valve to the newly fabricated bracket. Trial fit the fuel valve and bracket assembly to the triangular plywood inserts. All parts appear to fit well together !
