Weights were removed from the seatback brace. The four port 3-way fuel valve was fastened to the aluminum bracket with two machine screws and two lug anchors. A drain fitting was inserted into the bottom port of the fuel valve. The valve and bracket assembly was trial fit into position on the seatback brace.
The spacers are now permanently secured to one of the seat back braces. This assembly was placed into a temporary jig so that it can be aligned with the 2nd brace. Workshop temperature was 25 deg C and humidity 58%. 18g resin was mixed with 7g hardner and flox. The flox was applied to the …
