Sanded a 1″ wide 1/16″ deep depression at the forward end of the fuselage where the nose will interface with the fuselage. More sanding on both fuselage sides to further round out the bottom to side transitions.
A short flight from CYPQ (Peterborough) to CNF4 (Lindsay) for lunch. The power went out in Lindsay so warm coffee and soup was the only thing available. I was happy I could still get a coffee ! Vacuumed the landing brake and the fuselage where the landing brake is installed. Tacked the landing brake in place with 5 minute epoxy. Canadian Tire didn’t have 1″ wide duct tape so I cut a standard duct tape width to 1″. I built up the area 1″ wide alongside and aft of the landing brake …
