Removed the peel ply. Trimmed the edges with the Dremel tool. I went through four heavy duty cutter wheels while trimming the edges. Wearing the face shield was a good choice ! Sanded the edges. Sanded the floor then vacuumed up the fiberglass dust.
Glassing the Cozy MK IV floor Workshop temperature was 25 deg C and humidity 38%. The entire surface was covered with micro slurry then a batch of dry micro was mixed and used to fill in any holes and to make a generous radius in all corners. Two plies of BID cloth at 45 deg …

Added a radius to the top edges of the floor spacers so the glass cloth will conform. Also added a radius to the front edge that interfaces with bulkhead F22 to allow the glass cloth to lay down vertical over the front edge. Lastly, I vacuumed the foam dust from the aircraft floor.
