Workshop temperature was 25 deg C and humidity was 52%.
A batch of epoxy was mixed using 128g resin and 49g hardner.
The 3 layers of UND cloth were wet out – both left and right sides.
The bulkhead was wet with epoxy in the locations where the UND cloth is applied.
A small batch of flox was mixed and applied to the joint between the upper and lower landing gear bulkhead to ensure a smooth transition for the 3-ply layups.
Electric scissors were used to cut out the layups.
Both layups were positioned on the bulkhead, waxpaper removed, and then covered with peel ply.
