Layed out and marked on the glass side of one of the two triangular braces where the map compartment spacers will be installed. The ends that meet were beveled for best fit.
The two triangular braces were stacked and clamped together foam to foam and small holes were drilled through both braces where nails will be temporarily placed to hold the spacers in place while they cure.
With both braces still clamped together, I used the Dremel tool to cut and sand away the fiberglass where the fuel valve and bracket will be installed.
Lastly, the areas where the spacers will be floxed to the braces was sanded.
