Procured a 2″ x 10″ x 10′ plank and two 2″ x 4″ x 8′ s for Cozy fuselage assembly and alignment.
A 2″ x 10″ x 10′ plank was placed in position on the shop floor and shimmed level. This plank will serve as the base ( W.L. 0.0) of the jig for fuselage assembly.
Cut the two 2″ x 4″ x8′ boards into four 2″ x 4″ x 4′ pieces.
