Trimmed and sanded the rear seat heat duct to size.
Cut a 2″ long piece of 3/8″ OD x .065″wall 2024T3 aluminum.
Cleaned and applied rust protection to the aluminum.
Notched the top of the heat duct 8 3/4″ forward of the forwardlanding gear bulkhead and installed the 2″ aluminum tube with flox.
8g resin and 3g hardner and flox were mixed. Workshop environment was 68% humidity and 22 deg C today.
