Finished installing the canopy hinges by countersinking and fastening all machine screws (MS24694-65, -66, -70) in place using washers (AN960-416L) and nuts (MS21042-3).
Trimmed the rear seat heat duct pieces to size using the band saw. Assembled the heat duct sides, top, and the baffle together using 5 minute epoxy with flox and the glassed surfaces on the inside.
Workshop temperature was 24 deg C and humidity 64%. Mixed a batch of epoxy using 40g resin and 15g hardner. Micro was mixed and applied to the foam surface of the rear face of the front right seat headrest then two layers of BID cloth was applied.
