Sanded the bonding surfaces of the canopy hinges with 220 grit then sanded the bonding surfaces of the upper longeron with 36 grit.
Taped over the hinge pins to keep epoxy out then flox’d the hinges in position on the longeron and clamped a 2×4 to hold them down and in the same “plane”.
Used 5-min epoxy to attach the top and front shoulder support pieces together.
