Removed the weights from the 2″ and 1″ thick foam pieces and removed the nails from the birch plywood pieces now that they have all cured in place.
Cut 1″ thick urethane blocks to fit outside the birch plywood pieces.
Fabricated parts D from birch plywood and tapered to fit between the aft landing gear bulkhead and the firewall. Pre-drilled nail holes in parts D to hold them in position between the bulkheads.
