A small batch of flox was mixed.
Flox was applied to the longerons and fuselage sides where F28 is located. Flox was applied to the sides of bulkhead F28 where it mates with the longerons and fuselage sides.
Bulkhead F28 was positioned and supported in place with blocks and shims.
