Cozy Experimental Aircraft Update – February 4, 2017

A piece of wax paper was cut to a size just larger than 8″ x 29.5″ and  four 2″ strips were measured and marked onto the wax paper.
Two plies of BID cloth was cut at 45 deg and placed over the 8″ x 29.5″ section of wax paper.
The workshop tempetarure was 25 deg C and the humidity was 35%.
Epoxy was mixed and applied to the two layers of BID cloth.
A thin layer of epoxy was applied to the areas at the Instrument Panel and F22 bulkhead joints where the reinforcing tape was to be located.
The 8″ x 29.5″ layup was cut into four 2″ lengths.  Each length was cut as required to tape all four instrument panel joints and both inboard F22 bulkhead joints.
The glass was left to cure with the shop temp at 25 deg C.
