0.4cm was trimmed off of the left side of the front seatback so that the left side of the seatback would be aligned with the left fuselage side. The seatback is now centred in the fuselage and both fuselage sides clamped at F22 with the seatback and instrument panel located in the correct positions.
The left side of the seatback position on the fuselage side was marked with double lines and small holes were drilled in the left fuselage side within the lines.
Next I drilled through the pilot holes in the fuselage sides into the front seatback and instrument panel and inserted nails to hold the bulkheads in position.
Checked that all dimensions are correct, everything is level, or perpendicular, and centred.

and a few new charts arrived for VFR navigation in the Toronto area. They’ll be outdated for the Cozy but we’ll put them to good use in the Citabria !
