A block of wood was nailed to the jig for positioning and centering the bottom of the instrument panel to the jig at 19.25″.
The instrument panel was centred and clamped in position. 
The instrument panel was then located at all 4 corners to be 19.25″ aft of bulkhead F22 then lines were drawn on the fuselage sides to mark where the instrument panel is to be permanently installed.
