While on the space coast we saw a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launch the Galaxy 31 and Galaxy 32 commercial communications satellites from SLC-40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida on Saturday November 12, 2022.
We stayed nearby on a boat at Cocoa Beach for a few days.
